The License Agreement By installing and using the Remove Duplicates from Outlook Express (hereinafter referred to as the SOFTWARE) you agree to all the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License Agreement, then do not install and use the SOFTWARE. 1. Software Fix exclusively owns all copyrights to SOFTWARE. 2. The SOFTWARE is not free. The SOFTWARE is not sold, the SOFTWARE is licensed. By accepting this license agreement, you get the limited license for use of THE SOFTWARE within the 30-day trial period. Upon expiration of this license, you have to obtain the license for use of the SOFTWARE from Software Fix, or from its authorized representative. Otherwise you should stop using the SOFTWARE and remove its files from your machine. 3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use SOFTWARE on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered SOFTWARE may not be rented or leased but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions. 4. The SOFTWARE unregistered shareware version may be freely distributed, if the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of SOFTWARE without written permission from the copyright holder. 5. Software Fix gives no warranty that the SOFTWARE meets your requirements. The purpose of the 30-day limited license is to give you an opportunity to evaluate whether the SOFTWARE meets your requirements. After you obtain the license for use of the SOFTWARE, you can't claim any refund of its cost with the reasoning that the SOFTWARE doesn't meet your requirements or it used to meet them but doesn't any more. 6. SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. 7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. 8. Software Fix reserves all rights not expressly granted here. 9. Installing and using SOFTWARE signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. 10. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove SOFTWARE files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
